South Outdoor Festival is an annual event held in Borsh, Albania that brings together a diverse range of outdoor activities, including sports, music, culture, tradition, and culinary delights.
This celebration of the great outdoors attracts participants from across the country and Europe, offering a chance to compete, have fun, and experience the unique beauty of nature, food, culture, and tradition in the region.

Tourism 4 Albania
T4A is a project will raise the quality and sustainability of integrated tourism products for four municipalities: Berat, Fier, Korce and Shkodra. The project will create through objective assessment of current market status and market profile, creation of the marketing infrastructure, tourism product development and creation of the foundation for a future DMO organization that will enable sustainable tourism development and implementation of key activities to achieve tourism growth.

N’ALTITUDE
The festival is located high up in the Klemend Region of North Albania, in Lëpusha. The area offers a wide range of natural beauties and chances for developing different outdoor activities. The festival combines sports, games, culture, tradition, food, music, entertainment and so much more following a sustainable and local approach.

Illyrian Race
ILLYRIAN Race is an obstacle race organized for the first time in Albania by Trail Running Albania. This is a worldwide sport with different brand names, the most famous one being Spartan Race, targeting people of all ages and athletic abilities.

Gjiro Open Air Fest
The 5th phase of the 11th Albanian National Championship was held in Gjirokastër in November 2022 featuring a Paragliding Accuracy competition using a tow launch method for the first time. Spectators had the opportunity to watch colourful paraglider from around the world compete, while also highlighting the tourism potential of Gjirokastra by enjoying different cultural and outdoor tours and by night enjoying music at the main location of the old baazar.

Exploring Përmet
The objective of the project was to develop a modern, sustainable, high-quality digital map of trails of the area. Besides the digital itineraries, a brochure was made with a professional description of each itinerary in different languages. The aim was to provide all the information for biking routes with one click. The brochure had photos from the highlights of the tour and was provided to the municipality, tour operators, local guides, tourism associations, etc.

The Green Half Marathon
In April 2023, Berat Municipality hosted the inaugural Green Half Marathon, a sporting event that combined athletics with nature in one of Albania's most scenic locations. The event featured a Half Marathon and a 10K race, both set on Berat's beautiful trails. The marathon, which promoted Berat's cultural heritage and athleticism, quickly became one of Albania's top running events, supported by local and regional athletes and clubs. Organized to international standards, with certified timing and real-time online results, the successful event boosted community ties, heritage preservation, and sustainable tourism in the region.

Gjirokastër National Folk Festival
The Gjirokastër National Folk Festival 2023 was a grand celebration of Albania's rich cultural heritage. At its core was the promotion of "Xhubleta," a UNESCO-protected, 4,000-year-old folk costume. The festival seamlessly blended tradition with technology, featuring a 3D hologram installation of Xhubleta and a cultural evening that highlighted its elements through artistic projection and a parade.The festival was a true testament to our cultural heritage, with skilled artisans and experts presenting traditional crafts and dishes.
Dedicated corners were set up, allowing visitors to dive deep into time-honoured practices and values passed down through generations.More than just entertainment, the festival offered an enlightening journey into Gjirokastra's rich cultural heritage. It was a genuine effort to cherish and preserve the spirit of our ancestors, ensuring their legacy continues to inspire future generations.

Hidden Beaches and Bays
The project aims to create a professional booklet on hidden and secret beaches in Saranda, accessible by boat, car or public transportation. The booklet will serve as a guide for tourists to show detailed information on the explored and unexplored beaches and their surrounding areas. The goal is to standardize and promote a high-quality touristic booklet to enhance the visitors' experience and better plan and offer tourism services in the region.

Firefly Fest
The Firefly Fest, held in Berat, was a two-day event that celebrated the city's rich cultural heritage and UNESCO Day. Located at the heart of Berat, the festival offered a variety of activities. The festival coincided with UNESCO Day, adding an extra layer of significance to the event. It featured an exhibition of traditional photographs and historical films, offering participants a visual journey through Berat's profound history.The Firefly Fest also provided opportunities for adventure with activities like kayaking, cultural tours, folk and modern music.Firefly Fest was a testament to our commitment on celebrating and preserving Berat's cultural treasures.
